PIPE BEVELING SYSTEM
PHYTON is a portable machine for cutting pipes and tubes and preparing their weld surfaces. It's chosen for easy operation, reliability and strong power on wall thicknesses up to 12 mm (ES) or 80 mm depending on model. Its key advantage is a clamshell frame: ES models split into two halves so the machine can be fitted anywhere along a continuous pipeline, while ESC models clamp externally with concentric self-centering jaws. One half of the ring locks onto the tube; the other rotating half carries two tool holders with automatic feed. That powered feed makes machining thick-walled tube fast and comfortable. PHYTON can cut the pipe alone, or — with a beveling tool fitted — cut and bevel in a single working cycle.
