UZ29 SPEEDER

BEVELING SYSTEM

Among rotary-cutter bevelers, the UZ29 SPEEDER is one of the biggest and most capable — reaching a .14 in/29 mm bevel width, with an  0.7 in/18 mm in cut achievable on the first pass at a 5.9 ft/min feed/1.8 m/min feed. Automatic feed lets it serve as a stationary station for large runs of smaller parts, or as a mobile unit that tracks along plate at nearly two meters a minute. It cuts both mild and stainless steel and runs on an ultra-quiet drive that keeps workplace noise down. The whole cutting head can also be inverted to form X and K weld bevels without handling the material — made possible by the rotary 3D manipulator supplied as standard
